What data we process

Data from the contact form: full name, e-mail, phone, company name and the text of your message. Also technical data about the submission (IP address, browser, time), used to protect the form against spam and misuse.

Why we process it

To answer your inquiry or question and prepare an offer (steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to protect the website against misuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long

For the time necessary to handle your inquiry and the related business communication, no longer than 3 years from the last contact. If we enter into a contract, we keep the data for the period required by law.

Who has access

We do not pass the data on to third parties. Only the controller and the website hosting and administration provider (Ace IT s.r.o.), which processes them under a data processing agreement, have access.

Cookies

The website only uses necessary cookies (e.g. to store your choice in the cookie bar and to protect the form). We do not use analytics or marketing cookies without your consent. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookies” button in the bottom right corner.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Simply send your request to fronka@vibrolisy.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
